Terms and Conditions for Purchasing e-Book

1. Viewing Platform: The e-book can be accessed exclusively through the RioPlayer app.
2. Device Compatibility: The e-book can be viewed on either a PC or a mobile device.
3. Device and App Restriction: The e-book can only be viewed on one device using the RioPlayer app. Switching devices is not allowed.
4. Validity and Access: The e-book will be accessible for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. There are no restrictions on the number of times it can be viewed within this period.
5. Annotation Feature: The e-book comes with an annotation feature, allowing users to add notes.
6. Serial Key Delivery: The serial key for accessing the e-book will be provided within 24-36 hours from the time of purchase.
7. Refund and Hard Copy Policy: All e-book purchases are non-refundable. Students cannot pay an additional amount to convert their e-book purchase into a hard copy.
